Still have a question? Just ask us
How often can I have my windows cleaned?
Regular rounds are available every 4 or 8 weeks. Tell us your property type when requesting a quote and we will confirm the options.
Are frames and sills included?
Yes, exterior frames, sills and doors are included where applicable. Interior cleaning and specialist residue removal are separate; mention these when enquiring.
Will the first visit cost more?
A one-off initial clean charge may apply depending on the property and condition. This is explained and agreed before the first visit.
Can I have a one-off window clean?
Yes. The current published terms charge one-off window cleans at double the regular-clean price. Ask for a quote for your property.
Do I need to be at home?
You can be out, provided safe access is available and gates are unlocked. Please read the existing service terms for access and cancellation conditions.
Is gutter clearing the same as washing the outside?
No. Clearing removes debris from inside the gutter to help water flow. External fascia, soffit and gutter washing is a separate service; ask to combine them if required.
Can you reach gutters above a conservatory?
Access depends on the building and layout. Send a photo with your enquiry so the team can assess the reach and agree a suitable approach.
Do you check downpipes?
Yes, the published gutter service includes downpipe inspection and clearing. Describe any overflow or suspected blockage when requesting a quote.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?
The quote depends on the property, gutter length, access and condition. Include your property type, bedroom count and any extension or conservatory.
How do I pay for a regular clean?
GoCardless Direct Debit is the preferred payment method for regular window rounds. Confirm the collection schedule with the team when joining. One-off services are paid by bank transfer; other arrangements require agreement.
Do you clean in the rain?
Light rain does not usually prevent pure water window cleaning. Unsafe conditions such as high winds, heavy rain or freezing temperatures can require rescheduling.
What if something has been missed?
The existing terms ask customers to contact the team within 48 hours. They will return to re-clean missed areas where appropriate. Check the current terms before booking.
